Pam Beckwith is a native Californian, born and raised in Santa Barbara. After Graduating from Azusa Pacific University with a BA, Pam obtained her Standard Secondary Teaching Credential. Pam taught junior high school for a few years in the San Dimas and Glendora School Districts. In 1978 Pam moved to San Luis Obispo County and purchased a home in Templeton. In 1990, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, "the best decision I ever made" according to Pam. Pam has been on the Atascadero Association of Realtors Board of Directors since 1998 and has served as secretary, vice president, president elect, and president. She is currently a director on the board. Pam received the honor of Realtor of The Year from her peers both in 1998 and 1999. Pam has obtained the National Association of Realtors e-pro designation as well as the designation of Senior Residential Specialist. Pam says that she is "looking forward to working with Seniors in our County. I am a Realtor who cares about my clients needs and wants."
